I am obsessed with wallpaper these days. I remember my mom wallpapering and re-wallpapering lots of rooms growing up. But today, there are even more amazing options out there. Wallpaper no longer has that "out-of-date" vibe, and many affordable lines exist. Like paint, it has the ability to completely transform a room.

One of my favorite events of New York Fashion Week is the annual Heart Truth fashion show. Celebrities take the runway on the eve of the iconic week in red dresses from designers around the world. 2012 runway walkers included Gloria Estefan, Chaka Khan and Minka Kelly.

BUILDING UP TO MERCEDES-BENZ FASHION WEEK

Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week kicked off yesterday in New York. Being in the special events industry, I am familiar with temporary tent and venue construction. It is big undertaking that often takes twice as long to build as the event itself. Check out some of the preparation here.
